FAQ

Who owns the final work?

You do. Reports, content and account changes are yours once the order completes, and we never keep access to your accounts.

Do I need to provide anything before you start?

A short brief and any reference material you have. The requirements form after checkout covers the essentials.

What if I don't like the first draft?

Revisions are included per tier. Tell me what's off and I'll adjust; most clients land it on the second pass.

I'm Daniel, a Copywriting specialist working with SaaS companies. I've spent years doing exactly this for clients who care about details. I ask for a brief up front and confirm scope before starting, which keeps revisions small and quick. Communication happens here on TenOneGig, usually within a few hours during the working week. Outside work you'll find me running.
