Clients
A service fee of 5.5% of the order subtotal, plus $3 on orders under $100. Tips carry the percentage fee only.
Cancelled orders are refunded in full, including the fee.
Providers
Tenon keeps 20% of each order, extra and tip. You keep the rest.
Withdrawals from $10. Bank transfers cost $3 each; Stripe payouts are free.
