What we collect

Account details (email, name, username, country, timezone), profile content, messages and files you share, order and payment records (card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us), device and log data (IP addresses are kept for 30 days).

How we use it

To run the marketplace, hold and release payments, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, send transactional and security emails, and, with your consent, marketing digests.

What others see

Providers see your username and display name, never your email. Public profiles show country, not address. Reviews are public.

Retention

Audit logs are kept for 2 years and financial records for 7 years as required by law. Deleted accounts are anonymised after a 30-day grace period.

Your rights

Export your data or delete your account from Settings → Privacy. Contact support for corrections or questions.
