About

I'm Ben, a Google Business Profile specialist working with SaaS companies. I've spent years doing exactly this for clients who care about details. I ask for a brief up front and confirm scope before starting, which keeps revisions small and quick. Files are delivered in the formats you actually use, with sources where the tier includes them. Outside work you'll find me at the climbing gym.

I followed the brief we agreed on, but I understand the frustration. Happy to take another look.
