About

I'm Ben, a Google Business Profile specialist working with SaaS companies. I've spent years doing exactly this for clients who care about details. I ask for a brief up front and confirm scope before starting, which keeps revisions small and quick. Files are delivered in the formats you actually use, with sources where the tier includes them. Outside work you'll find me at the climbing gym.

    Local landing pages for cafés

Paid for 50 citations, half were on spammy directories nobody uses.

    Seller's response

Sorry this didn't meet expectations. I've sent you a message to make it right.

Didn't deliver what was promised. The report was mostly generic template text.

    Seller's response

Thanks for the feedback. Rankings take time, and the work done is in the report you received.

Exactly what we needed. We're in the Google Maps 3-pack for "emergency electrician" now. Already booked the next project.

    Seller's response

Thanks for trusting me with this, looking forward to the next one.

Second time ordering, still great. The geo-grid report showed exactly which parts of town we were invisible in. Delivered early too.

    Seller's response

Thank you! Glad the results are already showing.

Worth every penny. Fixed our old address on directories we didn't even know existed. Thanks again!

Overpromised on results. Wouldn't order again.

    Seller's response

I followed the brief we agreed on, but I understand the frustration. Happy to take another look.

Felt rushed and copy-pasted. Not worth the money.
