Tailored Offers and milestones

When a standard tier doesn't fit, the provider can send a Tailored Offer in the conversation: custom scope, price, delivery time and revisions.

Larger projects can be split into milestones. The client pays the whole amount into escrow up front; each milestone is delivered and accepted separately, and the provider is paid as milestones are approved.
