Submitting requirements

Many services ask a few questions before work can begin: what you need, reference files, brand assets. The order stays in Missing details until you answer.

We remind you after 1, 3 and 5 days. After 7 days the provider may cancel with a full refund; after 14 days the order is cancelled automatically and fully refunded.

The delivery deadline is calculated from the moment you submit requirements, not from payment.
