About

I'm Mei, a Conversion rate optimisation specialist working with dental clinics. You need work that fits the brief, lands on time and doesn't need a second round of explanations. I ask for a brief up front and confirm scope before starting, which keeps revisions small and quick. Files are delivered in the formats you actually use, with sources where the tier includes them. Outside work you'll find me cooking.

    Server-side tracking with GTM

Really happy with this. CRO audit gave us a clear list of fixes and the first test already won.

Really happy with this. The Looker Studio dashboard is the first thing the team opens every Monday. Already booked the next project.

    Ecommerce tracking for Wix

Didn't deliver what was promised. The report was mostly generic template text.

    Seller's response

I followed the brief we agreed on, but I understand the frustration. Happy to take another look.

Had to chase for every update. Eventually got something, but not what we agreed.

    Seller's response

Sorry this didn't meet expectations. I've sent you a message to make it right.

    Server-side tracking with GTM

Super professional. Server-side tracking recovered a lot of conversions we were losing. Will order again.

    Seller's response

Appreciate the kind words. Happy to help again anytime.

    Server-side tracking with GTM

Second time ordering, still great. GA4 and GTM are set up cleanly and documented, so we can maintain it ourselves.

    Seller's response

Thanks so much, it was great working with you!
