About

I'm Elena, a AI visibility tracking specialist working with SaaS companies. I've spent years doing exactly this for clients who care about details. If something falls outside the tier, I'll say so early and suggest a Tailored Offer instead of padding the order. Files are delivered in the formats you actually use, with sources where the tier includes them. Outside work you'll find me tending houseplants.

Overpromised on results. Wouldn't order again.

    Seller's response

I followed the brief we agreed on, but I understand the frustration. Happy to take another look.

Worth every penny. Perplexity started citing our guide as a source. Didn't think that was possible this fast.

    Seller's response

Thanks for trusting me with this, looking forward to the next one.

AI share-of-voice report for real estate agents

Second time ordering, still great. The AI visibility report was eye-opening, we were missing from almost every prompt. Thanks again!

Results are slower than I hoped, still early days.

    Seller's response

Sorry this didn't meet expectations. I've sent you a message to make it right.

Highly recommend. The share-of-voice tracking makes it easy to show the board what's changing. Already booked the next project.

    Seller's response

Appreciate the kind words. Happy to help again anytime.

Communication stopped after payment and delivery was a week late.

    Seller's response

Thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry about the delay. I've changed how I schedule deliveries.

Lots of buzzwords, very little that we could actually act on.
