Leaving and receiving reviews

Clients can review a completed order within 30 days: an overall rating plus communication, as-described and would-recommend ratings. A written comment is required for 3 stars or below.
Providers can reply once and can also rate the client. Reviews can be edited once within 24 hours. Reviews that break our guidelines can be reported and hidden by moderators.
