Refunds and wallet credit

Cancelled orders are refunded in full, including the service fee. By default the refund lands instantly as wallet credit you can spend on any service. You can instead ask for a refund to the original card, which takes 5–10 business days.

Partial refunds agreed through the Resolution Desk return the agreed amount plus the matching share of the service fee.

Wallet credit never expires and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
