How Tenon works

Tenon connects clients who need work done with providers who do it, at fixed prices.

1. Browse services. Every service has up to three tiers (Starter, Core, Signature) with a clear price, delivery time and scope.
2. Pay safely. Your payment is held in escrow. The provider is paid only after you approve the delivery.
3. Approve and release. Review the work, request revisions if your tier includes them, then accept. Funds move to the provider.

If something goes wrong, the Resolution Desk lets either side propose a cancellation, a partial refund or a deadline extension. Unresolved cases go to our support team.
