Exporting data and deleting your account

From Settings → Privacy you can request a copy of your data (profile, orders, messages, reviews and a list of files) and delete your account.

Deletion requires no open orders, no unwithdrawn earnings and no open disputes. Your account is disabled immediately and anonymised after 30 days; signing in during those 30 days cancels the deletion. Orders, invoices and reviews are kept for legal records without your name.
